Job Overview

This is a full-time telecalling executive role at Toolify Private Limited located in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our services. Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information regarding our services.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and be able to address customer inquiries.
• Achieve monthly targets for call volume and sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our services.
• Input and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall targets.
