Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong project coordination and management skills.
• Excellent ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in project documentation and file management.
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively plan and facilitate project meetings.
• Technical recruitment experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management software/tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, providing updates, and resolving any project-related conflicts.
• Conduct technical recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices for project management within the organization.
