Job Overview

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering various technical projects and programs. This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job is located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and it is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in technical program management
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks
• Experience with ITIL and IT infrastructure management
• Proficiency in Python, Linux, and Java
• Familiarity with RDBMS and data migration
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Certifications in project management or technical fields are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of technical projects and programs from initiation to completion
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
• Track and report project progress, status, and metrics
