POSITION TITLE: Business Analyst

LOCATION: Gurgaon, India


Responsibilities:

  • As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding business needs and translating them
  • into actionable requirements. Your responsibilities include:

Business Requirement Gathering and Documentation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Document processes, create templates, and wireframes to capture essential details.

Technical Documentation:

  • Translate business requirements into technical documentation.
  • Work closely with management and business users to ensure accurate representation.

Change Management:

  • Maintain concise and complete records of product changes throughout the change
  • cycle.


Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Participate in meetings with team members and clients.
  • Coordinate analysis, logic requirements, and requirement validation related to the
  • implementation of new or changed laws/statutes.


Adaptability and Multitasking:

  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.

Process Documentation:

  • Assist in creating procedures and documenting processes.


Qualifications:

  • To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a similar field.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience of at least 8+ years in Product Development and/or
  • Management.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing technology solutions.
  • Experience in process redesign and workflow analysis.
  • Strong background in defining and documenting business requirements.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Must have experience in the Mortgage industry.

Technical Familiarity:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Microsoft SQL, SharePoint, or rules engine
  • configuration is a plus.


Organizational Skills:

  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage several concurrent activities while effectively managing user
  • expectations.


Independence and Communication:

  • Able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fast-Paced Environment:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment without daily oversight.
