Qualifications and Skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Cloud Migration Projects
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to drive change and encourage a mindset of continuous improvement in project delivery
- Experience with cloud migration tools and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective for Cloud Migration Projects
- Ensure successful delivery of Cloud Migration Projects by guiding the team on Agile practices and principles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance Agile practices and improve project outcomes
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
- Drive continuous improvement by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and adaptability in Cloud Migration Projects
