Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive (IT Field Only) to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, talent acquisition, and overall HR operations within the IT field. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment or related HR roles
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry and the skill sets required for different IT roles
  • Proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring IT professionals
  • Experience with recruitment management systems and other HR software/tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of social media marketing for employer branding purposes


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for the IT field, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality IT professionals
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals through various channels, including social media and professional networking platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment and HR management
  • Assist in payroll management and other HR administrative tasks as required
