**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.

2. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

3. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to negotiating job offers.

6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, market salary rates, and talent acquisition best practices.

8. Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

10. Ensures effective administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
