What you’ll do

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team in Pune
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, with a focus on Azure, and will be responsible for designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for microservices-based applications
• This role involves collaboration with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of microservices, maintaining infrastructure as code, and ensuring the security and compliance of deployed applications and infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for microservices-based applications using Azure DevOps.
• Utilize hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Nessus, among others.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure Resource Manager.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of microservices.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient microservices architectures on Azure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
• Ensure the security and compliance of deployed applications and infrastructure, leveraging Azure Security Center, Azure Policy, and other compliance tools.
• Provide support and training to development teams on best practices for DevOps and microservices.
• Manage identity and access using Azure Active Directory and related tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on Azure.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Ansible.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
