Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as an Air Hostess or Flight Attendant
• Solid understanding of aviation regulations and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations
• Fashion and modeling knowledge to ensure a stylish and professional appearance
• Experience in front office or guest relations roles will be an advantage
• Hospitality service experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with the flight crew

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers on board
• Welcome passengers on board and assist them with their luggage and seating arrangements
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing passengers' needs and ensuring their comfort throughout the flight
• Assist with pre-flight preparations, including checking emergency equipment, conducting safety briefings, and securing the cabin
• Attend to passenger requests and inquiries, such as dietary preferences and special assistance
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers
• Handle any emergency situations that may arise during the flight, such as medical emergencies or turbulent weather conditions
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin
• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety regulations
• Conduct safety demonstrations and provide instructions to passengers on the use of safety equipment
