Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role.
As a Team Lead, the candidate will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring that project deliverables are met. The day-to-day tasks involve leading, guiding, and motivating team members, tracking and reporting progress to management, recommending process improvements, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
● Strong leadership, mentorship and team building skills
● Extensive experience in project management, with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines
● Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
● Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and other relevant software systems
● Experience in managing outsourced projects is a plus
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field Desired Candidate Profile: Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
· Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills Critical
