JOB DESCRIPTION:


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

●Growth Responsibility- Ownership for 30 Cr annual budget, is responsible for creating pipeline for team expansion. Build a Cluster team across the region.

●Develop and execute digital strategy, including planning, building, high performing sales function,managing a team of 400 onground resources. Leads growth function by proposing B2B campaigns.

Laser sharp focus and out of the box thinker

●Sales Engine Focus - Partners with development team and management to improve customer acquisition model, drive healthy quarterly subscription and renewals.

. Should be responsible to manage and grow Channel Sales business in allocated location

. Should have worked in Channel sales and understands Channel management and P&L

People Leadership

● Lead, develop and retain a diverse function within the sales business unit, ownership of FTEs deployment in each function.

● Embed a culture of data driven decision making, self-organizing & empowered teams, and product management excellence.

● Role models the behaviors of an Enterprise Leader – working across markets, functions and teams, ensuring clear accountabilities for all and optimizing value creation for the total Company.


Program Leadership

● Leading Sales efforts for multiple cities.

● Driving the capability building plan with partners by ensuring timely trainings for various parameters

● A strategic planner with proven track record of demand generation and conversation for New & Existing Clients, managing sales & service operations

● Identify and recruit channel partners by doing Strategic Partnerships.


Qualification

Must be Graduate and Postgraduate (MBA/B.Tech)
