Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Customer Service Representative. As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our international clients. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customers' issues and concerns
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and resolving customer complaints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
• Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies
• Adhere to company guidelines and SOPs for customer service
