We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets in the South Delhi area in India. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the sales process is followed effectively. Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales-related software
  • Ability to identify new sales opportunities and close deals
  • Effective negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue targets in the South Delhi area
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and regular communication
  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers in the assigned territory
  • Follow the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and other sales-related agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient delivery of services
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
