  • Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and industry best practices
  • Manage food cost and budget
  • Ensure consistent quality and taste of food across all properties
  • Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements
