We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist for our Delhi, South Delhi location. This full-time, junior-level position requires candidates to have 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role for 1 to 3 years.

- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Proficient in telephone etiquette to manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage appointment bookings and follow-up schedules for patients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing relevant information or directing the calls to the concerned department.
- Maintain and update patient records and appointment logs efficiently.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and provides a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Provide assistance to patients regarding clinic procedures and services offered.
- Coordinate with other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and timely patient care.
