As an MS Dynamics CRM Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand client requirements, translating them into effective MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Design, develop, customize, and deploy MS Dynamics CRM applications, workflows, plugins, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to MS Dynamics CRM.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM ecosystem.
• Assist in user training and support, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of the MS Dynamics CRM platform.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to MS Dynamics CRM and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Strong proficiency in customization, configuration, and extension of MS Dynamics CRM using tools like C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Experience in integrating MS Dynamics CRM with other systems and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work in the Europe time zone to align with client needs.
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode, balancing remote and office-based work as required.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (such as GDPR) and their implications on CRM solutions.
