MIS / Data Analyst for an corporate wellness center 

Job Responsibilities:

● Create matrices and schemas for MIS Dashboard

● Collecting information about the technical requirements that each department must meet

● Extracting data from primary and secondary sources and removing corrupted data

● Ensuring that the data is accurate and high-quality

● Supplying resources and training required to all the departments as per requirement

● Creating, managing, analysing, and debugging data

● Assessing the efficiency of information and enhancing them as necessary

● Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep

● Ensuring the privacy of all records

● Coordinating with vendors and stakeholders related to the program

● Supervising project managers and monitoring progress

● Working with the Regional Program Head and Regional Operations Lead to KPI’s and provide actionable insights

● Using data to analyse trends that help inform business policies and decisions

Criteria :

Graduate/ Post graduate in Commerce

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● 2-3 years’ experience in Advanced Microsoft Excel

● Analytical Skills Time Management Skills

● Attention to Detail Teamwork

● Rigorous follow-ups across stakeholders and update the management on the projects

● Good with numbers, and Outstanding communication

● Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships
