Internal Auditor (PAN India) 

Job Description: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Internal Audit Professional for PAN India locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit, preferably with experience in a consulting or CA firm. The position requires a Chartered Accountant (CA), or an MBA with internal audit exposure, or a CA dropout with relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
2. Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and work programs.
3. Identify and assess potential risks and recommend appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
4. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of accounting and operational procedures and systems.
5. Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure audit recommendations are implemented.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with overall exposure to internal audit, or MBA (Non-CA) with internal audit experience, or CA dropout with relevant experience.
2. Demonstrated experience in conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations.
3. Ability to travel extensively for conducting audits across various locations.
4. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management principles.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication and presentation abilities.
7. Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
8. Candidates should not be result awaited or pursuing exams for semi-qualified positions.
9. Notice period of maximum 30 days or less.

Compensation: The budget for this position will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
