Fitness Trainer for corporate wellness center

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple fitness centres within the city and ensure facilities are maintained, clean, and well-equipped to provide a positive user service

• - Recruit, train, and mentor staff, including fitness trainers, administrative personnel, and support staff.
• - Prioritize exceptional user service by implementing protocols for User interactions, feedback collection, and issue resolution. - Regularly evaluate User feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
• - Regularly review performance metrics, analyze data, and create comprehensive reports for senior management.
• - Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvements.

Skillsets / Eligibility

• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry or a related field.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, staff, and users.
• - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
• - Knowledge of fitness trends, industry regulations, and user service best practices.
• - Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
