Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at TIRUMALA IT CONSULTANCY SERVICES. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our clients' brands and connecting them with potential customers using the power of digital marketing. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with an ideal candidate having 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in business development or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales
• Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in cold calling and conducting market research

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital marketing solutions
• Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders
