Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our digital marketing agency. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our agency. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and business development.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and techniques
• Experience in cold calling and pitching
• Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Proficiency in using Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
