About the Role
Business Development Executive role is a very important role as this position is the face of the company for client coordination and prospective tenant. Coordinator attracts potential business from the market by answering details of services and queries.
This role is for a person who is enthusiastic to learn about Propdial services and products, enjoys interacting with customers on the phone or email, and deals with every problem with a smile.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Languages preferred: English, Hindi
Job Description:
1. Manage incoming calls from clients and provide updates on work done on their property.
2. Post Property details on social media or various online portals.
3. Make the list of queries coming for property visits and coordinate with respective field executives and fix visits.
4. Follow-up prospective tenants after the visit to convert them into tenants.
5. Respond to emails from clients
6. Updates records on the various database used by organizations
7. Track the tasks assigned and escalate the issues to management on time.
8. Should be comfortable in making new connections especially with brokers network.
9. Enthusiastic about getting leads from brokers network.
10. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve high satisfaction
11. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Skills Required:
1. Good Communications skill, written and verbal is the must
2. Experience in Social Media Marketing
3. Experience in handling calls and coordination
4. Experience in article writing
5. Having experience in real-estate will be an advantage
