Floor Executives report to the Floor Managers on all work aspects.

ii. They aid to upkeep, and maintain control of floors from vendor, labor, and maid movements.

iii. Floor Executives will monitor the above mentioned staff will complete their work prior to operational hours of mall.

iv. All other work aspects as above to be followed except Email communications to be escalated only by Floor managers. monitoring stock movement within the mall premises as per the set regulations by the Mall management.

xiv. Reporting any infrastructure related safety hazards, repairs, renovations to the smile center / concerned departments for information and needful action.

xv. Attend and report any emergencies / incidents that may occur during mall trading hours.

xvi. Preside as a Floor Marshall should an emergency arise in case of any such instances, for partial or full evacuation.

xvii. Incidents of any nature are to be isolated in case of customers / staff medical emergencies / others; and taken to an appropriate location for medical assistance thereby avoiding Panic, crowd gathering and unnecessary attention or escalation.

xviii. Attend and channelize retailer queries & complaints to concerned departments, if any.

xix. Attend and channelize customer queries & complaints to concerned departments, if any.

xx. Monitor mall signage are displaying correct information and escalate to make corrections if required.

xxi. Monitor Digital Display functionality and escalate if necessary.
