Eligibility criteria are as follows :

1. Any Bachelor's degree but candidates must be a graduate for this role: (Result awaited or pursuing course not eligible)

2. Age up to 28 years.

3. Freshers can apply. Male/Female both are eligible.

4. Proficiency in Hindi and English. 

5. Must have a Laptop and internet connection for 45 days of training.

6. Six days Working - Saturday/Sunday no off. Candidates will be entitled for one day leave either Monday or Tuesday.

Interview Process -  Round 1 - Telephonically by recruiter 

                 Round 2 - Recorded on Zoom by Manager

Training: All interview selected candidates will be undergoing BYJU’S Applicant Training Program (ATP) which is divided into 2 stages. The first stage is a 2-week Classroom Training (CRT) which will be conducted Virtually. CRT will end with an evaluation of all the trainees and only successful trainees will then proceed to stage 2 of the training program. i.e. the 4-week On-the-Job Training (OJT) stage Virtually over Zoom. During your On the Job Training, you will be expected to meet customers and provide Byju’s product demos.

You will be assessed and evaluated during both stages of the ATP individually. As described before, a Trainee needs to successfully clear the evaluation in the CRT stage to be eligible to move to the OJT stage.

Note:- 6 Weeks training will be virtual. Ready to relocate to Bangalore post 45 days of training. Must have Laptop and good network (wifi/dongal) during CRT/OJT (If candidate will be connecting through mobile will be disqualified)

Final Location (After 6 Week of training) - Bangalore, No TA,DA/Accomodation will be provided.  

STIPEND (ATP): INR 28,500 (stipend) fixed pay for the entire training program (6 weeks) + Incentives (up to 10% of revenue generated).

CTC (BDA - After clearance of 6 weeks training): INR 800000 (5 lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) for Inside Sales.
