Job Description
• Making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining products and services for generating appointments.
• Generate leads/prospects over the phone
• Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationships with the client
• Business Development Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, Identifying business opportunities, facilitating the creation of solutions for clients, account management, and revenue collection.
• Coordinate Pre-Sales And Post-Sales Follow Up
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Completion Of Tasks As Per Deadline, Including Reporting
• Manage Customer Service & Ensure Customer Retention
