Designation - Integration Manager

Experience - 8-10 Years relevant experience

Salary Budget - 25 LPA

Location - Bangalore

Job Timing - UK Shift (03:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage, Coach and mentor Implementation team
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction during and post-implementation.
  • Ensure excellent usage of the product capabilities before handing over to the Support team. Review all Implementation project plans, identify and mitigate the risks and work with the project managers/Leads to manage them closely for successful Go Lives.
  • Monitor project progress throughout the project life cycle, communicate project status effectively to senior management through reports, presentations, and individual meetings.
  • Build and provide direction to project teams, create and foster communication among team members.
  • Manage Kick- off Meetings
  • Responsible for efficient and appropriate resource allocation.
  • Ensure that the team has all required competencies and is well trained.
  • Understands the challenges faced by the team and help them succeed
  • Capture and manage project risks and issues and associated mitigation strategies
  • Utilize analytical skills to make critical decisions and recommendations to solve project-related problems
  • Sets the implementation strategy considering timelines, impacts, and risk
  • Helps address implementation road blocks, remove obstacles or other constraints
  • Provide high-level guidance and recommendation to client about implementation and integration procedures to add the greatest value for the client
  • Provide an escalation point for issue that may arise throughout the implementation period Formulates proposals for new systems, procedures and/ or processes
  • Acts as a liaison with subsidiary management and staff to resolve issues as needed


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience in customizing Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience in integrating these systems with other applications like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Business Central, F&O and more
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAAS product implementation and delivering multiple and complex projects
