Position – Recruiter

Location – Dubai

Roles and responsibilities:

·      Proven experience as an end-to-end IT and non-IT Recruiter.

·      Good understanding of technical skills and industry needs.

·      Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and candidate closure.

·      Demonstrated track record in candidate hiring and management.

·      Proficient in utilizing job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and other open-source platforms, with a well-established pipeline of passive candidates.

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·      Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.

·      Experience in maintaining an internal candidate database, organized by skill set.

Qualifications:

·      Demonstrated experience as an HR Recruiter.

·      Strong proficiency in English.

·      Bachelor's degree required.

·      Expertise in various sourcing techniques.

·      Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
