Position – Human Resource Head
Location – Dubai

Roles and responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive plans and policies related to employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
• Formulate and execute strategies for performance evaluations, staffing, training, and employee development.
• Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance and support.
• Oversee all HR activities, initiatives, systems, and strategic operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and liaise with labor unions.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage all activities within the HR department.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures.
• Address grievances and enforce disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports for the board and senior management using HR metrics.
• Participate in executive, management, and company-wide meetings, as well as relevant seminars and workshops.
• Communicate and coordinate with external service providers, including those involved in housing, transport, and insurance.
• Develop and implement programs and policies designed to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
• Create policies to address and reduce absenteeism and employee turnover. Requirements:
• Lead talent acquisition change initiatives at both strategic and operational levels.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a recruitment team with a robust understanding of talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to make decisions with both strategic foresight and tactical precision.
• Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills, with a capacity to build effective relationships across the organization.
• Enhance talent sourcing capabilities by optimizing direct hiring practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports to evaluate complex information.
• Influence employees at all levels to support your decisions and proposed plan
