Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Work hands-on in providing any type of technical support to the client with the minimum turnaround time.

·      Ability to work independently during software execution both remotely as well as on-site. Candidate should be flexible to visit client site for short duration for the implementation of the software.

·      Provide training session to the client and its resources.

·      Conduct query session when required by the client or channel partner with minimum or no supervision.

·      Support sales team for the technical demo session for any new client/prospect.

·      Ability to turnaround on any issue faced by client in the minimum time possible.

·      Work independent on client site for the software execution.

Job Required

·      Good knowledge of SQL functionalities including installation, tools such as Anydesk, Zoom etc.

·      Any prior experience in Crystal reports will be a plus.

·      Candidates with their own laptops will be preferred
