As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between different stakeholders while contributing to the success of our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main link between designers and architects, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration to meet project requirements seamlessly.
• Demonstrate strong English communication and intermediate proficiency in the vernacular language for effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Specialize in the luxury ceramics niche, staying updated on industry trends, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports on progress and challenges in luxury ceramics for management review.
• Apply design expertise to ensure ceramic products meet aesthetic standards and align with design principles in collaboration with stakeholders.

 Required Qualifications:

- 1 - 3 years experience in Building materials  or hardware field preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed deliverables and targets.

- Knowledge of ceramics or a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
