Roles and Responsibilty
● Oversee our customer service team
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling
customer queries and/or issues
● Set customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a
consistent basis
● Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and
guiding them to the appropriate service
● Manage and groom team members
● Interact with team on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding
them to the provide appropriate service to customers
● Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
