Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic Business Development team member to join our team. If you possess excellent communication skills and are adept at engaging potential customers to showcase our products, we encourage you to apply.


Your role will involve both acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts within the designated region/areas. Focus on assisting potential customers and partners in understanding the benefits of our products and solutions. This includes explaining technical features, handling objections, and overcoming any challenges that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical engineering members to deliver customized products or services whenever required by customers.



Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with sales strategies and IT hardware sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Proactively seeking out new clients within assigned territories.
  • Traveling to meet potential clients for face-to-face interactions.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Understanding and addressing customer needs and preferences effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and demonstrations to showcase product suitability.
  • Negotiating sales terms and finalizing deals with clients & collect payments on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of client list and all interactions, Address and resolve complaints promptly to ensure client satisfaction
  • submit comprehensive sales/lead reports to the reporting manager in a timely manner
  • Support marketing efforts by participating in trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Collaborating with sales team members and technical experts as needed.
  • Resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Keeping records and managing demo machines and service stocks efficiently.
  • Stay with current industry trends, market activities and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
