Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales (Mandatory skill). A proven track record in sales is crucial to succeed in this role.
  • Field Sale experience for effectively managing client interactions and fostering relationships.
  • Expertise in handling home loan applications, ensuring smooth processing and approval.
  • Ability to manage Home Loan, LAP (Loan Against Property) loan procedures and client inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in mortgage loan processes to guide clients throughout the transaction.
  • Experience with personal loan management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Capability to assist clients with business loan applications and required documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective client and team interactions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan application and approval processes.
