Qualifications and Skills
- Sales (Mandatory skill). A proven track record in sales is crucial to succeed in this role.
- Field Sale experience for effectively managing client interactions and fostering relationships.
- Expertise in handling home loan applications, ensuring smooth processing and approval.
- Ability to manage Home Loan, LAP (Loan Against Property) loan procedures and client inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in mortgage loan processes to guide clients throughout the transaction.
- Experience with personal loan management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Capability to assist clients with business loan applications and required documentation.
- Strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective client and team interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan application and approval processes.
- Track and achieve sales targets to contribute to company growth and success.
- Provide clients with timely updates and assistance regarding their loan applications.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
- Organize and attend meetings with clients, delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
- Report on sales activities, overviews, and insights to management regularly.
