Job Description: -

Underwriting for mortgage loans within the prescribed turnaround time.

Coordinate with inter-departmental functions for quality &control.

Checking & Analysing CIBIL, Legal, and Valuation reports.

Preparing CAM (Credit Approval memo) which includes calculation of Eligibility, Analysis of Bank Statement, Analysis of Financial statement, and checking past repayment track of loans.
