About the Role:&nbsp; We are setting up the core founding team of super talented and mission oriented engineers. As a ‘Founding Engineer - FullStack’, you will - (a) have an opportunity to significantly influence the overall technical strategy of the company, (b) own driving&nbsp; a complex product from the buy-in phase all the way through design, implementation &amp; release, and (c) thoughtfully collaborate with multifunctional teams leading to value creation via tech. This role directly reports to the CTO. As Founding Engineer, you will:<ul><li>Design system architecture and overall technical strategy for your product vertical</li><li>Write and ship production code which would become foundation for the future</li><li>Define domain specific data models, design and build backend APIs as well as web applications</li><li>Manage end to end development, testing, deployment and monitoring of software using automation tools</li><li>Mentor and guide other engineers on the team</li><li>Closely work with the founders to build technology leading to value creation</li></ul> About you<ul><li>You have 6+ years of experience consistently delivering high impact backend systems/services and web applications.&nbsp;</li><li>You have an expertise in backend development technologies using AWS cloud infrastructure and services, object oriented programming (like Java).</li><li>You have a good understanding of various storage technologies and are able to decide when to choose No-SQL vs relational databases vs ElasticSearch.</li><li>You are good at web development and are familiar with various front end technologies including web frameworks, Javascript, HTML, CSS</li><li>You are excited about big, technical challenges, but at the same time are also about being very close to the business and our go-to-market strategies</li><li>You are able to navigate scrappiness vs robustness during product designing &amp; building stages&nbsp;</li><li>You can effectively balance time between architecture design, coding and mentoring other team members in a way to create force multiplication</li><li>You are always looking to learn and grow.
