Position Summary:


As a Tele-Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads and convert them into customers over the phone. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of products or services offered by the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a goal-oriented approach to achieve sales targets.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and generate leads
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or cold calling lists.
  • Research and identify potential sales opportunities through various sources.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and gather relevant information.
  • Sales pitch and product/service promotion:
  • Engage with prospects over the phone a deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Present product or service features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Handle objections, address concerns, and highlight unique selling points.
  • Customize sales presentations to suit individual client needs.
  • Relationship building and customer management:
  • Establish rapport and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture and convert them into sales.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products or services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
  • Sales target achievement:
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Track personal and team performance metrics and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through training and self-development.
  • CRM and data management:
  • Update customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, sales pipeline, and customer information.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and other relevant metrics.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Proven experience in tele-sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
  • Good understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
