The Wellness Shop is an eco-friendly wellness brand which provides range of products that are organic and natural. We provide products catering to cosmetics, wellness and healthcare segment. The company launched in 2021 and we have launched 200+ premium products and have started hitting 50,000+ monthly orders. We are currently operational in India and USA and are planning to launch in multiple other countries. We plan to build this company into a multi-million dollar business and provide best quality organic products all over the world!

Strategies sales process and revenue growth.

Help define our go to market message, develop & execute our marketing plan.

Use every skill you have acquired to promote the The Wellness Shop model.

Analyze the competition and recommend strategic moves for The Wellness Shop.

Analyze, research, recommend, and implement processes and systems.

Collaborate with the Strategic Founders team in growing a strong, integrated, and sustainable organization.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision.

2. Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and co-ordination skills and competencies.

3. Strong background analyzing the competition and adapting strategies and tactics in the marketplace.

4. Demonstrated expertise in online sales e-commerce and is technologically savvy.

5. Experience in building a high-performance team from the ground up.

6. Models learning on the fly, experimenting, learning from failures, and sticking with what works.

7. Energized by taking risks.

8. Experience in sales in the cosmetics industry a huge plus.

9. Should be well versed with all type of Sales Strategy like B2B, B2C, Online sales.

10. Should be enthusiastic enough to take up entrepreneurship challenges.

Candidates from the e-commerce industry or marketing agencies will be preferred.

Candidate must be a graduate preferably B-Tech or MBA
