Job Overview

As an HR Executive at The Wellness Shop, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Sound knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with HR software and databases is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
• Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employees' skills and promote professional growth.
• Support in performance management processes, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and goal setting.
• Handle employee relations matters, ensure compliance with company policies, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and promote a positive work culture.
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to suggest improvements and implement innovative HR initiatives.
