As an International Import Export Executive, you will be responsible for managing the import and export operations of our company. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of import and export procedures, documentation, and regulations
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures
• Knowledge of international trade agreements
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the import and export operations of the company
• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation
• Coordinate and negotiate with international suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders
• Handle import and export documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth import and export processes
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Maintain relationships with customs authorities and other relevant parties
• Stay updated on changes in import and export regulations and requirements
