QA Lead

Job description: We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive our automation testing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing and automation, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive automation testing strategy tailored to project needs.

● Framework Development: Design and maintain robust automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

● Test Script Creation: Write, review, and execute automated test scripts to ensure high software quality.

● Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

● Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on best practices in test automation.

● Reporting: Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

● Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall testing efficiency.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in QA automation, with a focus on leading automation efforts.

● Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java. Python, or JavaScript.

● Experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, JUnit. TestNG).

● Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g.. Jenkins, GitLab Cl).

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in agile environments.

● Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g.. JMeter. LoadRunner) is a plus.

● Relevant certifications in QA or automation.
