Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior IFS Cloud FSM PSO Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of work experience. This is a remote, contract position based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IFS FSM implementation, configuration management, and cloud service management or FSM in recent engagements. They will play a critical role in leveraging IFS solutions across projects and optimizing them for enhanced service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with IFS FSM implementation, as well as configuration management, is mandatory for optimizing solutions effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in IFS Cloud Service Management or FSM in their recent engagements is a prerequisite (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in IFS PSO optimization practices to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Strong skills in SQL query proficiency for effective data handling and insights generation within IFS applications.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for extending IFS applications, enabling tailored solutions to meet business demands.
• Experience in integrating IFS systems with REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange and operational continuity.
• Proven ability to work with Agile project methodologies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of IFS projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IFS FSM implementation projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IFS PSO functionalities, aligning with business objectives and goals.
• Customize IFS solutions through effective configuration management to meet the specific needs of clients in diverse projects.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for enhanced data retrieval and operational insights within IFS applications.
• Implement and troubleshoot JavaScript extensions to enhance existing IFS solutions and expand their capabilities.
• Facilitate the integration of IFS systems with cloud-based platforms through REST APIs, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication effectively.
• Provide expert consultation and support to clients, helping them understand and maximize the benefits of IFS solutions.
