Designation: Business Development Executive / Intern

Job Type & Location: Fulltime/ Intern & Remote

Laptop: Mandatory

Timings: 9:30 to 6:30

Working days: Monday to Friday

Minimum Experience: 1 year in IT Staffing Augmentation Industry for full-time applicants

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role

will focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the staff augmentation industry. The Business

Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client

relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of our talented professionals with client organizations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the staff augmentation industry.
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Initiate contact with key decision-makers and stakeholders to introduce our services and value proposition.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and understand client requirements to tailor staffing solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with our company.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in business development and achieving sales targets in the staff augmentation or staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the staff augmentation business model and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and leverage internal resources effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
