Job Overview

We are seeking a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead to join our Vadodara office. This is a Mid-Level, Full-Time position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both on-page and off-page optimization, along with a thorough understanding of technical SEO.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of experience in SEO.
• Proven expertise in on-page optimization techniques including meta tags, header tags, and content optimization.
• Strong experience in off-page optimization including link building and social media marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in SEO analysis and reporting, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO elements such as site architecture, page load speed, and mobile optimization.
• Advanced keyword research skills (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication and team management skills to lead and collaborate effectively with the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the SEO team in planning and implementing SEO strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimization strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and search rankings, providing regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content and enhance existing content for better search visibility.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and changes in search engine algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee link-building initiatives to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
• Ensure all technical SEO elements of the website are optimized, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and clean code.
• Train and mentor junior SEO team members to evolve their skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
