We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of the latest social media trends and platforms, and the ability to develop and execute successful social media marketing campaigns. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website 
• Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers 
• Monitor company presence on social media 
• Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness 
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) 
• Create engaging and shareable content (including text, images, and videos) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience 
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI 
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as design, content, and product) to ensure consistency in brand messaging and content across all channels 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices, and apply them to our marketing strategy 
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels in a timely and professional manner 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 
• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing (including developing and executing successful campaigns and managing social media advertising) 
• Creative and strategic thinker who can develop and execute innovative social media campaigns
