We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to manage and develop content for our Facebook and Instagram platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, an eye for aesthetics, and a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Skills

Content Creation: Develop and shoot creative and engaging content for our Facebook and Instagram pages, including posts, stories, and reels.

Audience Engagement: Interact with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and develop strategies to increase follower engagement and brand loyalty.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, and adapt content strategy to leverage these trends.

Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with our brand image, voice, and marketing goals.

Analytics: Monitor and report on content performance metrics to inform future content strategies.

Responsibilities

Plan monthly content

Think of a viral campaign/product that will suit the Indian market and Work with influencers to create viral content for our brand

Work with performance marketer to fine tune the lowest cost per click

Create content (video with VoiceOver for some video or graphic content) and do copywriting

Post on IG/FB daily (1 content on feed and at least 2 stories per day)

4 reels per week and 3 posts per week (picture/graphic design from Canva), 2 broadcasts from WhatsApp per week

Compensation

Your compensation will include a solid base pay, along with exciting incentives based on your performance.
