Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Training Manager to join our team at Kotak General Insurance. As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team. This is a full-time position located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India with executive level responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in sales training.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales training, with more than 2-5 years in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and remote training
- Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for our sales team
- Assess the training needs of individual team members and tailor training programs accordingly
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and remotely
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales team members to improve their performance
- Monitor sales team performance and identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with sales managers and executives to align training programs with business goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively
