Job Description:

ETH Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Officer to manage the company's social media presence and lead a team of content marketers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and monitoring the performance of social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies for ETH Infra's various social media platforms.

Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to build brand awareness, promote products/services, and drive traffic to the website.

Plan, schedule and publish posts on a regular basis, keeping in mind the target audience and company's marketing goals.

Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc. to track engagement, reach, and conversions.

Work with the team of content marketers to develop high-quality, shareable content that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.

Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Customer Support, to align social media efforts with company goals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work well in a team environment and lead a team of content marketers.

Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools.

Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
