Overview:
We seek a dynamic and motivated US Technical Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, specifically working with C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and W2 roles, and experience with various visa types (CPT, OPT, H1B, GC, USC, EAD, TN). This role will involve full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to placement, focusing on IT and technical roles across the US market.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for technical positions.
Utilize all job boards to source qualified candidates.
Recruit candidates for Corp-to-Corp and W2 roles, understanding the compliance and documentation required.
Experience working with candidates under different visa types, ensuring compliance with legal and immigration requirements.
Maintain and build relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors to ensure timely placements and ongoing satisfaction.
Post job requirements on various platforms and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for future roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Assist in salary negotiations, employment offers, and onboarding processes.
Stay updated on market trends, visa regulations, and recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment, focusing on C2C and W2 roles.
Strong understanding of various US visa types, including H1B, Green Card, OPT, CPT, EAD, and TN.
Proficiency in using major job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
