* Cost Management

*Responsible for the Material planning of complete manufacturing operation to achieve the set target as per quality/productivity norms.

*Review of daily production report and daily dispatch reports for inventory consumption  and plan for achievements according to efficiency and according to monthly plans

*Develops a purchasing strategy .reviews and processes purchase orders, according to different types of inventory monitoring methods.

*Maintains records of goods ordered and received and consumption of goods

* Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers. Builds and maintains relationship with vendor

*Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders, and strong follow-ups with supplier according to lead time and demands.

*Researches and evaluates vendor to compare pricing and service

*work with business development team to produce the required data.

*communication verbally and in writing to business customer with various levels of knowledge

*To ensure that strategic material planning processes are in place to enable operation and production continuity.

*ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements with optimum inventory level

*Take ownership of material planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery and take any follow ups action specially in the event of material shortages that affect production.

*Ensure that material requirement planning systems in place is effective and that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues are required

*Carry out regular review of back orders and shortage with the team and ensure that there is no back orders

*Training and developments of production, and inventory team for zero break down

*Inventory control, maintaining and monitoring stock status on monthly basis

*Streamlining the systems and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availabilities of material to meet the production targets

*Prepare production plan sheet according to plan and efficiency on weekly basis

*Good communication with all departments

*Responsible for full fill the customer needs and solve all query regarding inventory

*Include in time management and storage management for good achievements

*Review the daily receiving and issuance of inventory for consumption analysis

*Monitor the maximum and minimum inventory label of daily basis

*Monitor all the direct inventory and indirect inventory demand

*Monitor the OTIF and SOT analysis of supplier and client

*Monitor all the dead stock on weekly basis, and communicate with business develop team for this dead stock for further action

*Observation of moving and non-moving stock and expired materials
