Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles and proficiency in graphic design software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation:

• Develop and design creative visuals, including marketing materials, social media posts, banners, brochures, and websites.
• Create engaging and high-quality graphics for both print and digital platforms.
• Produce layouts and visual elements that communicate the company’s brand message effectively.

• Maintain and strengthen the company’s visual identity by ensuring consistency across all design elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create brand materials that align with the company’s voice and mission.

• Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas and solutions for various design projects.

1. Editing and Revision:

• Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs meet the company’s quality standards and are delivered on time.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas that align with the latest design industry standards.

1. Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
• Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for both digital and print media.
• Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
